Ministry Schedule Links

The on-line schedule is available for Greeters, Readers, Altar Servers and Eucharistic Ministers. You will need your password to view the schedule and roster.  This is for your privacy and our children's protection. If you have forgotten your password, please contact Sherril Acton at sherril.acton@gmail.com or 541-514-4266 (cell phone)

Adult Ministry Roster:
This is also available through the link above.  If you need to swap or need to find a substitute, please log on using the above link, enter your user name and password and go to the 'my schedule' tab.  This tab will show you only your schedule.  To the far left of the date you are scheduled, you will see a (sub request) link.  All you have to do is click that link and an automated email will be sent to all of those that are qualified for your position and have the same mass as their preference. If someone can do it, they just hit an accept button.  IT'S THAT EASY!!

The Usher's will continue to use Doug's information until I have been able to enter it in our new system.

Note from Father Huneger regarding new Ministry scheduling software:

Dear SJA Liturgical Ministry Volunteers:

During this last year SJA has adopted Ministry Scheduler Pro (MSP), an online program for scheduling volunteers. Sherrill Acton has graciously volunteered to manage the program using the information given her by the heads of the various ministries (EMs -- Frank Maschler; Lectors -- Jan Flaherty, who recently took over from Mike & Viki Thompson; Altar Servers -- Sherrill Acton, who took over last year from Linda Presnall; and Greeters --  Mary Musial). Here are some great things about MSP:

1. Once your name, phone number, address, email, etc., are entered by the ministry leader (or changed by you), they are current and available for all ministries that you volunteer for. Everybody is updated at once!

2. You can go online and modify your availability settings in case of vacations, hospitalizations, change in work schedule, and so on.

3. Schedules can be made out automatically, taking into account your preferences, and if desired, making sure everyone in the same family is on for the same Mass on a given Sunday (instead of scattered at multiple Masses).

4. Messages  can be sent to you from time to time by the ministry head with updated instructions on procedures, or training events, and the like.

5. You receive schedules by email (instead of having to pick them up at church); and if you don't have email, MSP prints a copy out for mailing to you.

6. All of this cuts down on time, paper, inconsistency, confusion, mailing and duplicating costs, and more.

So I hope that you'll make sure to keep your preferences and availability current, so that you won't be scheduled at a time you cannot come.
For the safety of children, you are asked to click on schedule links, and do a login. This way information about your children is not out in the wild on the internet, but accessible only to those with passwords from the ministry group. This is a very small effort to ask of you for the protection of your families.

Sincerely yours in Christ,
Fr Richard Huneger
