- Be a Crew Leader!
Adult Crew Leaders do not have to prepare anything; they just come early each day, guide their Crew members through activities, help facilitate discussions, and generally join in the adventure fun.
(Volunteers will need to have a background check and have completed a "Called to Protect" training. This can be completed on the training day or by appointment)
One day training for adult volunteers on
July 12th, 7:00PM - 8:00PM
Those who need "Called to Protect" training will be an extra 45min.
Youth Crew Leaders are always welcome and fabulous! There is a training day set for them on July 12th, 10:00AM to 3:00PM
Youth volunteers are in 6th grade and up. They are energetic young people who are excited about sharing their faith through service at VBS. Youth volunteers help decorate, lead, are Crew Leaders, help in the stations, do drama, help prepare and serve snacks etc. It's a busy week so Youth Volunteers need to come ready with enough energy to help.
(Youth volunteers in 6th and 7th grade will work half of the time at VBS and half of the time will be in their own "Youth Session" where they too will get to learn about following Jesus.)
