How to Sign Up for Weekend Masses

Mass signups are through Flocknote. We can have up to 100 people at each Mass in the main part of the church and 25 at each separate space (chapel & choir loft). That number includes essential ministers, and those people who are not on Flocknote or don't have email.

You can sign up once each weekend.

  • If you are on Flocknote, you will get an email with a link to sign up. You can sign up once every week.

  • Those that aren’t on Flocknote can call the office to make your request to sign up for Mass.

***NO SIGN UP REQUIRED FOR DAILY MASS: No sign ups will be required, but each person will need to sign in on the sheet on the clipboard at the door. When the signup for the church fills, then go to the chapel entrance on Washington Street near 4th Street, enter there and sign in. Everyone is required to wear a mask, maintain physical distance and, assist any newcomers.

General Guidelines

If you or someone in your family is not feeling well, please do not come to church. Face masks are required except for those with a medical condition that precludes them from wearing a mask and children under 5 years of age. A Hospitality Minister will check you off the list and show you to your seat. Seating is important to maximize the number of people we can have in church while keeping physical distance.

Separate Worship Spaces

When coming to your assigned Mass…

  • If you sign up for the Main Church, please use the side door as usual.

  • If you sign up for the Chapel, please use the door on Washington Street near 4th Street.

  • When we open up signups for the Choir loft, if you sign up for the Choir loft, please use the door by the bell tower.

We may need to move people from one space to another to allow us to get up to 25 people in each space. We will attempt to call you on Friday afternoon/evening to tell you if you have been moved.

When the Parish Center and Gym are added (for Christmas masses)

  • For the Parish Center, please us the door by the ramp to the Parish Center

  • For the School Gym, please use the double doors to the gym.

Dispensation From Sunday Mass Obligation

It is very important to know that dispensation from participating in the Sunday Holy Mass obligation is still in place. If you have a compromised health condition or are in the age group of those at high risk or even have mild illness, please stay home and join us through the live streamed Holy Mass on YouTube or Facebook at 10:30am every Sunday. The truth is that most of us would like to participate in the Sunday Holy Mass and that is really wonderful to note. We want you to remember that you are dispensed from participating in the Sunday Holy Mass during the pandemic.

Collecting Names and Phone Numbers for Holy Mass Signups:

Parish sign-up lists are intended to facilitate sign-ups in an equitable manner. They also provide a means of contact in the event of a potential exposure at Mass. The lists are intended for internal use by the parish and must be maintained. A parish will follow the guidelines put forth by health officials regarding potential exposure. In the event of an exposure or a confirmed COVID-19 infection, parish staff will contact persons who may have been exposed. A parish may be asked by public health officials for the contact information for the purposes of contact tracing. Therefore, anyone not comfortable with public officials potentially being given their name and contact information should refrain at this time from signing up and attending Mass. The Sunday obligation remains lifted.
