Becoming Catholic (Rite of Christian Initiation for Adults)
For adults and children who have reached the age of reason (age seven), entrance into
the Church is governed by the Rite of Christian Initiation for Adults (RCIA). Rite of Christian Initiation of Adults (RCIA) is a process of gradual stages along the path to full initiation in the Catholic Church. It is a process of both internal and external transformation and conversion helping us to grow in holiness.
For more information on these programs, please contact our Pastoral Associate, Ryan Mainard

Prayer is an aspiration of the heart, it is a simple glance directed to heaven, it is a cry of gratitude and love in the midst of trail as well as joy; finally, it is something great, supernatural, which expands my soul and unites me to Jesus.
--St.Therese of Lisieux

Young Adults (Ages 18-39)
Young Adult Ministry at St. John the Apostle exists to form young adults into intentional disciples of Jesus Christ. In response to the call of the New Evangelization, Young Adult Ministry seeks to help establish a community of missionary disciples by providing opportunities to personally encounter Jesus Christ, hear his call, and decide to follow him daily.

Truly I tell you, if you have faith as small as a mustard seed, you can say to this mountain,
‘Move from here to there,’ and it will move. Nothing will be impossible for you.” - Matthew 17:20
